Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CatalogCare. By installing the app you agree to them. This page is provided for transparency; for any legal or support question, contact support@eversteadlabsllc.com.
Service
CatalogCare scans your Shopify product catalog, reports issues, and—when you approve—applies safe product updates. We provide the service on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
No guarantee of results
CatalogCare helps improve product-page quality, but we make no guarantee of increased traffic, conversion, or revenue. Search and sales outcomes depend on many factors outside the app’s control.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing changes before and after they are applied. Generated copy and titles require your confirmation. You remain responsible for the accuracy and compliance of your product listings.
Safe autofix scope
Autopilot and safe autofix only apply low-risk changes (missing SEO titles, SEO descriptions derived from existing text, and image alt text). They never change prices, inventory, availability, variants, or images, and never delete data.
Subscription & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Shopify’s billing system. Pricing and plan limits are shown in the app. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everstead Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
